Cesar Orantes is the founder and CEO of Driven 2 LLC, the parent company behind Factory Direct EV. After watching friends and neighbors overpay for golf carts at traditional dealerships, Cesar built a different model — bringing the factory's full lineup directly to the communities that buy them.
